Complete strip and refinish
Using aniline dye colorants, sprayed on for color consistency and depth. Toned the Walnut and Poplar to like color tones
Complete strip and refinish
This entire piece was hand stripped
Sprayed aniline dyes for color consistency and depth
There are three major areas I repaired from the dog chews
I use a special filler to shape and form the corner back to a like-new condition.
Color work was done through aniline dyes. I didn’t strip the box itself, only the top and base, then custom color matched it to the body
This table has two dog chews and a leaf which doesn’t match
This side has major dog chew damage
This area will be color matched and graining applied
Next step in color work.
Next step in color work
Last step on this side before aniline dye is sprayed over entire top
This dog chew is on the opposite end of the table top
This area is now repaired
As seen in first pic, this leaf was darker than the entire table. This leaf needed to be bleached out to match the rest of the table
Another view of the bleached leaf
The chair was used as a color reference to color match the top
After top has been delivered back
